They don't even deserve one star. These people were an absolute joke. I came in because I've been having headaches for over a month. The nurse practitioner walks in without an introduction and says "what's wrong with you"? I told her about my headaches. She asks "why did you wait so long? It could be a tumor!" As if I wasn't freaking out enough she had to go and be unprofessional and freak me out more. Didn't even check my eyes, ears, or throat. She listened to my heart and told me there was nothing she could do for me. When I asked her to refer me to someone who could actually help, she said she didn't know of anyone and to go home and do research. She then prescribed me Motrin for my headaches. Really? I told her no pain reliever helped. This place robbed me of my money and my time as I spent over an hour there waiting to see anyone or get results. I don't care how sick I am, I will drive hours away to a doctor before I ever come back here.
I feel the same way Angel. I too went in for sinus problems. I am also hard of hearing and they were quite patient with me. I did not have a long wait time and the staff was courteous. I do not understand these other reviewers either. I have been here a couple of times over the years and they have always been good to me. A person has to make allowances also for a doctor who does not see you too often. She did a great job with me and will be back when I need them again!
I have to say my experience today was VASTLY different than the reviews I saw on here. .I went in because I couldn't get into my doctor and had a severe sinus / Upper Respiratory Infection .. First off, the front office staff and Stephanie were awesome! The doctor (Dr. Jill Maddox) was sweet, caring, and sympathetic! She actually listened to me and promptly sent all my scripts electronically to my pharmacy! From walking in the door to leaving it wasn't more than 30 Minutes! I wouldn't hesitate at ALL to go back the next time I need to see a doc!! 5 Stars & Awesome Service! -- 12/20/2016
Horrible experience, rude people, inadequate facility. Got in right away to see doctor, had my 16 mo daughter with me. They had the heat, and AC off to save money. Was about 85 in office. Waited two hours for X-ray. No changing table in bathroom. Daughter was playing, not crying. Opened door to try, and cool off, and was told to stay there and close it. Then was told to keep my child down, and was taken to the waiting room to watch TV with her. Ended up pushing around in parking lot to cool down and wait. Jerks, how is it my fault my kid is fussy when her face is all red, and we are sweating?
The staff and doctor were very nice and professional. In and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Thanks to all.
